January 22–31, 2027—The world's greatest film noir festival returns to Oakland's Grand Lake Theatre for its 24th spectacular edition. Eddie Muller, FNF founder and host of TCM's Noir Alley, invites you to experience "Blood on the Page," a selection of 28 films from classics (first weekend) to neo-noir (second weekend).

Be prepared for plenty of surprises! NOIR CITY Passports, ensuring entry to all shows, will be available in November. Individual tickets will be available online starting at 7 pm on December 16, 2026 here at NoirCity.com.
